[Issue] FW rolled back to 2.18.18 and won't find the new FW anymore
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos
Yes, Its still exist.
iOS App shows that update is available : 2.19.42.
s9p have 2.18.18 (rolled back from 2.19.42 during Saturday night) and FW Update is gray out -
The same for me , appear the same message , seems that firmware is in the iphone but the watch can’t re-upgrade.
Thanks
 -
We are testing a solution, so just write me a PM and I’ll tell you how to install the firmware today.
 -
@dimitrios-kanellopoulos yes, still no fix. watch keeps thinking its up to date and app says it sent to watch
 -

Same here

@isazi thanks a lot for the help, now it worked. Maybe SA on my iphone got a hickup and needed a gentle clap.
 -
@hexa62 how did you fix ?
 -
You should all receive a message in app very soon, with a fix for the issue.
And special thanks to all the users that accepted to be guinea pigs for the test today, you helped Suunto find a fix for everyone else.

@hexa62 how did you fix ?

At least I didn’t get any notifications in SA, so what are the steps to get latest fw installed?
 -
+1, how to update it?
 -
@nikita_gx a message coming your way. Support should have already contacted you in the app though.
 -
@isazi I got the sign for a new message at the “bell symbol” in the app. After clicking it there was no new massage. The situation is the same as before. Not able to update.
 -
Maybe this solution?

Oh nice, we can make it public then

If you open this on your phone, the same where you have SA installed, the download should start. Then you install it from watch as usual.

@isazi
I have no (more) S9P (for now
). But if I put this url in Chrome, nothing happen except google saying “no document found”. Is it really this way to go?
