@freeheeler most likely, even when the screen is turned off temporarly during the soft reset, those marks still there so

@herlas a friend of mine had that issue and the screen will not work if is the same as he had. Call the support and repair it. Don’t use.

@bulkan right, I’ve already called support, it’s going to be quite a journey, in my country (México ) Suunto has closed the service center and business offices it looks like due to pandemic, called support and they’re checking whether I need to send it to USA or Finland , next week I should know the next steps.
