@herlas a friend of mine had that issue and the screen will not work if is the same as he had. Call the support and repair it. Don’t use.

@bulkan right, I’ve already called support, it’s going to be quite a journey, in my country (México
) Suunto has closed the service center and business offices it looks like due to pandemic, called support and they’re checking whether I need to send it to USA 
or Finland 
, next week I should know the next steps. -
