Sleep tracker always detect wake up at certain time

Hi, I just recognized that my race s often detect that I woke up from sleep at 4.31am.
From my observation, it seems that the watch detect that I woke up because I set an alarm on my iphone at 4.30am, and indeed I’m awake to turn off the alarm, but even I continue sleeping it rarely track the sleep anymore.
From my experience, only 3 from 6 days correctly continuing track my sleep after I wake up to turn off the alarm at 4.31am.
Any solution for this??

@Arie-Rahmadi for anyone who experience the same thing. I just delete my alarm and extend the DND period, and it solve the problem. Don’t really know which the actual culprit (alarm or DND) but it perfectly track my sleep today.
