Suunto Spartan Ultra update not available

Hello to everybody!
I have a new watches with soft version 1.0.18.
I installed suuntoLink on my PC. SuuntoLink recognized my watches, but update not available. what am I doing wrong?

I don’t think you are doing anything wrong. Is your watch paired with the Suunto app too? Maybe try to wait a bit and the update may show up. Or search the forum for ways to (manually) force the update.

@Павел-Брычев there were a few cases with some firewalls. If you have more issues after trying that I ll ask support for you

@isazi watches was paired with suunto app. But app not work with my watches because watches software version less then required

@Павел-Брычев hey can you connect the watch and after it’s recognized etc, go to the top right corner -> gear icon -> send logs? Paste here the log id please.

- Download the zip file.
- DO NOT uncompress it
- Drag and drop it to Suuntolink to the gear icon to the top right corner
- The update will start.
Please come back with the result if all went fine. I am curious.

Hi,
Not creating new topic about updates… That 2.8.32 version is quite old. I haven`t received any more updates on my Spartan for more then a year now.
Are there any plans to bring more updates/fixes/features to Spartan family or this is already out of question ?

It isn’t planned atm … Probably anymore, as said somewhere else
