@isazi In the Suunto App, the previous 3 workouts, when you click on the card, writes a data error…

In my case it seems to be linked to the use of a Suunto app, but only with the basic running mode

Suunto 9PP - Latest firmware, Android 15, App ver 5.3.7 - the same problem as a topic starter. Error loading data. Seems like it got corrupted when it uploaded from the watches to the Application on the smartphone, then the application trying to upload it on the server without any success.
            Can you please do something?

              @Atilla-Altymyshev
              Good evening,

I’m using a 9 Peak Pro (s.n. 224810000471), and after the software update to version 2.43.12, my watch isn’t fully syncing. I’m running iOS 18.5 and the app software is 2.46.3.

I’ve tried re-pairing via Bluetooth, restarting both the watch and my smartphone, and even reinstalling the app, but nothing has helped.

                Hello
I encounter the same issue with 9PP and iOS.
Since the last watch update / app some days ago, synchronization is not working properly (running activities).

I have done many operations and test (unpairing, reset, uninstall) but nothing worked until I removed on my watch and activity setting the Suunto app called « HR zone duration » which I was using during training running activities.

I have no other clue but it seems that this SuuntoPlus App makes my trouble since the last update.
I saw previous posts confirming that this could be one major root cause.

And Suunto, please make some validation test on your side and bring us solutions to fix it as it seems to be linked with at least one SuuntoApp.

                  Thanks a lot!

Biking the last couple of days just synced fine. No suunto plus feature there.
This is different with my running mode, here some suunto features I´d installed.
With some poorly synced running moves I saw missing HR-data. I sense a solution for my issues. Or our issues.
Will turn off all suunto plus with my running mode and check again. Keep you posted.

the Suunto app called « HR zone duration »

                    Good morning,

I deleted the Suunto app called “HR zone duration,” which I also used, but the synchronization still isn’t working.

Perhaps my 9PP is too old to be compatible with the new updates?

I use my watch daily to record my sports activities, and it hasn’t been working since last Saturday. Do I need to buy a new watch?

@marcomonari No worries - Suunto 9 Peak Pro is fully supported.
I guess those sync hiccups will be sorted quickly.

Did you remove HR zone duration in SuuntoPlus option in the watch before launching the activity ?
This seems to solve synch issue on my side (iOS and watch firmware 2.43.12).
But the older activities done with HR zone SuuntoPlus selected are still blocked (I deleted them to clean Sync Problem pop up in the IPhone App)

                          I’ll try tomorrow.

But I won’t delete the activities for now; I’m still hoping for a problem-solving upgrade. I’d hate to lose a week’s worth of activity recordings.

So, just came back from running with “heart rate zones” off and syncing just worked fine.
At least what my issue is concerned, I found a solution for that.
Let’s hope for a watch update on that.

                            Run on! Lorenz

@Pierre-0 I removed wrist HR from the sports activity and it worked, thank you very much for the advice, the 9PP has synced! But when can I re-enable it?
Regarding past activities from the last few days, however, it’s giving a synchronization error. What do you recommend?

My 9PP(2.43.12) is having issues syncing to the app(2.47.1) as well. I have tried unpairing and repairing the device to the app, uninstalling the app, deleting HR Zone duration from the watch/app via SuuntoPlus. Every time I try and sync, it goes through a few of the things(optimizing gps, sleep, etc) before failing the rest of the sync. I’d really like to get this issue resolved to upload my recent activities.

@piotr.bdz I’m experiencing same - and this morning right before race I decided to try the HR zones Duration Suunto plus

                                        Is that the issue?

Have 9 Peak Pro - used it yesterday to run - it synched all data to app and Strava no problem.

Today I raced - I decided to try the SuuntoPlus “HR Zones Duration”
It did not sync to Strava - which I used to ran the Strava App with Beacon for my wife to watch

I assumed Strava had thrown the Suunto data out as a duplicate activity - which sometimes happens.

I deleted the Strava data after race (cos it doesn’t have HR) but when I tried to download FIT file or GPX workout to upload to Strava - would not work. The summary all there in Suunto App but replay gave me “Error Loading Data” message

                                          Can you help?

I also have the same error with my today´s mtb tour. I tried it afterwards and it worked just fine with a new aktivity started - but unfortunately my ride today can´t be downloaded as .fit or any other data.
Is there any chance to repair this error data of today´s tour?
                                            Thanks and BR,
