@Michaël-POINTEAU
When I mean “always”, I mean “since Spartan”
And when we say “no detail”, we mean “no graphs, no zones details, no lap”, but it remains ascent/descent and some others. -
@Mff73 currently graphs still cleared with a firmware update.
-
@Egika
Rodger ! -
The clock disappeared The optical heart rate sensor does not turn off after training.
-
@ciniak77
did you try the same 4 fields view? -
@ciniak77 just exchange the average heart fiel with the instant heart rate.
The “avg” mention where it’s placed avoid time display (screen resolution) when using 7 field display. -
@LitchiMonster What is the issue, your description is insufficient “not working” is not much to go on to try to help.

Weekly duration has some issues on the new watch face…sometimes appears, sometimes does not.
Backlight activation had no impact on values shown. I cycled through that complication a few times and noticed that the value reappeared a few minutes later
-
@stromdiddily noticed that too once. Not sure based on what it does that.
-
@tomasbartko my value is still showing last week number (did not reset to zero today)

yeah, same for me actually…my week starts Monday but am still showing last week’s duration total now

Just a small bug - On the analog watch face, the activity figure at the top often shows 0.00, even though I’ve had some hours of activities. If I then go to the Logbook widget, and then back to the watch face, the activity figure then shows the same figure as the widget. This can happen several times per week.
I do wish more of the complications on the analog face were customizable. Only one can be changed, and only with two options - less than any of the other watch faces!
-
And one more ‘possible’ small one… In the SV manual it seems to suggest that the circle around the little graphic on the resources widget would change colour depending on my state. Mine stays resolutely the same colour regardelss (sort of orange), even though in the app it turns green first thing in the morning.
I may have misunderstood and it is not supposed to change, but if it is supposed to, then it should. Clearly not a deal breaker (obviously!), and barely worth a mention in the overall scheme of things, but… I do like things that should work, to work!

Hi there,
Since the new firmware is on, my watch seems to loose the gps signal…. Is there any solution?
I run some of my home trails and at some point my vertical show that I’m far away from the track/trail -
New owner of a beautiful Suunto Vertical, I’ve had the opportunity to do several trail, running and hiking outings with it.
On my trail and running activities, I paired it with my Garmin HRM Pro Plus heart rate monitor. Pairing was very easy, but I had a signal loss problem, as you’ll see from the curves below: the HR measurement stops randomly before the end of the activity, and doesn’t come back.The activities are done in personalized modes, the second with wrist HR measurement activated, and the first with measurement deactivated. The belt’s battery level is good, the battery is recent, and this is confirmed when I connect it to the Garmin app.
Have you encountered a similar problem? Have I missed an option somewhere?
Thanks in advance! -
Hi,
after the last update the problem with Jump Rope still exist - https://forum.suunto.com/topic/9797/jump-rope-counting-issue/2?_=1704194210212
the jump counting is stopping between 18-20 minutes.

Yesterday my Vertical acted as if the upper button was stuck. It was not physically stuck; I was still able to clicketyclick the button, but the display kept scrolling up. I could scroll it back down by pressing the lower button, but as soon as I let go it scrolled back up. Soft reset did the trick.

After trying the Race, I just received my Vertical. First turn on and I already find myself with an error message, it starts well, I really have no luck with Suunto! I pressed the top button for 12 seconds to restart it.
I have paired it with the app and will install the latest update. I hope I won’t have any problems later… -
@Rami13 I have used an HRMPro extensively with my Vertical and no issues. A couple of common problems with straps are getting dry in the winter and not sending good signals or interference from static on tech type shirts.
I always thoroughly wet my strap with water where the contacts are, not just wet the contacts but the entire strap. That works well enough until I start sweating. I have not seen the issue you have.
It might be a battery issue as well, do you know the battery status of the strap? -
THANKS ! Yes I hope.
I received it this morning and our story got off to a bad start (see https://forum.suunto.com/topic/8846/suunto-vertical-bug-collection/664)
I ran for 8 months with a Fenix 7 Sapphire Solar (73 gr), it didn’t bother me, even in competition (10km, half marathon and short trail).I always use a belt during sporting activities. Never used 24/7 for tracking.
