Interesting take! A lightweight Suunto with Stryd support would be a game-changer for runners. I doubt they’ll add it, but if they did, I’d consider it too. The T6c was legendary—2000 miles is impressive!

@Samuel-Costa-0 any belt with bluetooth smart connectivity can be used. What you miss with 3rd party belts is the capability to record HR data when the BT connection is lost (watch is underwater or left in the changing room of the gym) and then sync to the watch when connection is recovered. Some 3rd party belts collect R-R interval samples (suitable for HRV measurement), others only HR values.

@jukka110 I have exactly the same issue, with the same watch model, and still wondering why… I also have noticed that once ayvchronised on an Android device, the previous days’ resource appear on the iOS app once back on it. For the moment I’m still blocked, and no idea what causes that !

@matt001 I am not familiar with S3 chargers, but I had similar problems. My daughter’s Honor Band battery once drained empty and the watch would’t charge or turn on. I found a suggestion to put the watch into freezer for a couple of hours and the try again. It actually worked, it started charging again. Electrical engineers can explain what happened…

@freeheeler that’s quite alright, I can wait 2-3 years, just home my S9 can survive that long. Well, it kinda happened to me with phones already, watches my well be next.

@dalila-marques it was always like this, or did it stop working at some point? If you sync your watch regularly then logging out and back in the app, or even deleting and then reinstalling the app, solves the issue.

Hi. An update: I was able to confirm that this is indeed a sw bug added in the recent version 2.18.18. Another suunto 3 watch with the previous sw version did not have this issue. After being upgraded to the last version the problem appeared. Suunto team, here is another issue to fix in the next version. Alon
