Unable to sync routes from Suunto app to Ambit 3

My saved routes from Strava are safely stored in the Suunto app. But when I turn on the ‘Use in watch’ switch nothing is moving across to the watch. Am I doing something foolish ?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
