Firmware update error: Mode switch failure to Application, is UpdateApplication
I’ve connected my Suunto3 watch to my computer, hoping to update the firmware (to v.2.23.20) using Suuntolink app. Firmware could not have been updated (I don’t know why) and the watch entered in this fail mode, so I cannot use it.
Every time I try to reset the watch (via Suuntolink app) this one fails with this error message:
“Firmware update error: Mode switch failure to Application, is UpdateApplication”

Anyone has experienced this? This is really annoying, I am not able to use my watch

@sartoric How can I do so? I try to do it from their support page but when submitting the final form it fails…
