For sure structured intervals/workout planner is the most useful.
First step Suunto should develop “training friendly” options. Majority of customers when buying running watch are looking for training partner. I bought Polar V800 when i couldn’t even run 5k one take. I was able to run maximum 2k. I bought high end watch and used every option of it that would help me to be better runner (options that in one hand help me to get up and go for run, and other times keep an eye on “not letting me get overtrained”). I’m talking here about structured workouts, training plans that are based on my personal data, training history, my input ect and are reviewed by algorithm every 8 weeks, running index and even tests like VO2max.
Control equipment is a must have feature too.
It can be controversial statement but IMO this app has already huge potential. It’s in a few cases better than Polar Flow (although misses some options), in some cases better than Strava (also misses few options).
This app + Suunto brand can make huge impact on market if driven well. No doubt about that.
