@niggy123 I am not seeing these issues with an S9P. How is the watch set up? Galileo could be causing issues if you use that.

@christophe-leborgne it seems that you are going around a circle here! Please find a different iPhone and set it up there. If it doesn’t freeze then it’s you phone. You have been given quite few options to try and you haven’t mentioned if you have attempted any at all. To be fair this issue with Suunto app freezing is unheard of. I have m never seen the app misbehave which leads me to believe that you phone is most likely the culprit. Again, your best bet is to try with another iPhone.

@רועי-פורת if you reset your watch, it will put it back into pairing mode. This is normally the standard method to pair a smartwatch with a new device.

@helgonet12 hi. Still no photos available in iOS app on the profile page. Only in the actual activity. In Android app there are photos visible on the profile page.

@jmoneygrip cool, if you can send me the link to the activity in a private message I’ll open a bug with Suunto. Also all info like app version, and a picture of the logbook showing the right values.

Don’t know about anyone else but I can’t remember the last time I had to manually log into the app. Are you talking about the SA on your phone? I just open it and it syncs to the watch straight away, no log in required I think if I had to log in every time I opened the app I’d go mad

So I assume just calories recorded with the watch are considered. well this issue is also on Android. The calories only come from the watch API not anything else from the app is taken into account. While this is an issue, it works by design.
