I noticed that there’s a stange time (?) tag on the map near the finish icon for such moves (= the ones with manual lap that don’t get the graphs) - iOS.
I guess it’s all related and will be solved too when graphs will be there, but thought it was worth mentioning it.
Btw this is happening in 1.4.1 (6553)
ok… i think I fixed it.
I removed MC app, Suunto App test build: 1.2.1(6332), removed from bluetooth devices at iphone. Factory reset using suuntolink.
After that install Suunto App from AppStore : 1.2.0 (6211) , paired the watch.
Now it looks like, even Suunto App sync my workout , Im able to do sync with suuntolink.
I don’t touch it any more
Thanks for Your time and tips
My steps count is not syncing to Apple Health. See below for an example, I have a Badminton workout records on 30th May with steps count of 4k+. The workout records get synced to Apple Health but the Steps counts is totally missing. How could this be? Is this a bug which can be fix or did I missed out anything.
Actually all my steps count from Suunto is not syncing to Apple Health except the only records of 74 steps on 29th May get sync, which I do not know why?
I am so annoyed about Suunto. About a month ago I have sent my Suunto Spartan Ultra Black HR to the Suunto Service. The reason is the above mentioned. The watch showed values of 230 and higher for a few minutes, in the next second under 100. I use Suunto app and Strava. In both Apps the HR- graph looked different. Also the graph from the watch summary after the activity and the apps was different.
Unfortunately I sent the watch and the hr sensor a few days after guaranty to the service. The hr belt strap has been replaced and after 2 weeks waiting and I paid 63 € for the replacement.
It worked well 5 activities long, but now the same problem occurs.
Why is there such a problem???
Now 1.5 years later this one is still there…
Does anyone look into this feedback?
@jthomi said in translation bugs [GERMAN]:
And another one…
After today’s mountainbike activity.
App says it was the first time on this route.
In german it says „Sie sind diese Route das erste mal gelaufen.“, which means that this was the first time I did a RUN on this route. But it was a ride.
Switching to English language it’s says:“This was your first time on this route.“ That means In German it has to be „Dies war Ihr erstes Mal auf dieser Route.“ You can use this sentence global for any activity.
Just wanted to give an update since the repair centre replaced my watch back in Dec as it was considered faulty.
I can definitely confirm that the watch was faulty as I’ve given my replacement watch a couple of good runs … one swimming point to point in the ocean, sighting lots and the second in bumpy and rough ocean swim racing conditions. Both swims were mapped out perfectly … can even see where I was being pushed by the swells in the race! In the race also, I turned on the watch and few secs later started swimming (as I was late to my start wave) and it only took a second for the GPS to lock.
The service centre in HK was excellent - sent my watch off on Monday and got it back on Friday.
So am absolutely loving my Suunto 9 watch. Very happy customer now
I have stopped using my Suunto Spartan Ultra for swim and run, waiting for everything to mature a bit more… I started using a Apple Watch 4 for running and swimming. It has proven itself to be very accurate with regards to GPS and HR, in fact better than any GPS watch i have used before. It works absolutely flawlessly in the pool so no real need for my SSU right now. The major drawback is battery life, but with at least 6 hours in gps mode it covers all my needs for now.
But with that said, I really hope Suunto gets its swim and run offering together, love my SSU Copper version and hope to put it on soon again
