@Yidi-Huang I have a Pixel 8. I can’t speak for the Outlook issue, but I was seeing similar issues with text messages when I was changing the notification settings for the Messages app. Which Notifications do you have enabled for Messaging (go to Settings -> Notifications -> App notifications -> Messages)? I have everything enabled except for “Messages for web”. With that set, I only see the latest text message from the latest sender and nothing else. I don’t see any previous messages from that sender or any other unread messages. Still annoying that I don’t see all unread messages (I posted a request to fix that https://forum.suunto.com/topic/12016/view-all-unread-text-messages-from-same-sender-thread). Anyway, when I was fiddling with the notifications I had similar behavior to what you’re seeing. Basically all unread messages would flash across the display of my watch then all I would see would be the oldest unread message. I think that was caused by disabling “Background tasks” from Messages notifications. Take a look and see if that’s the case for you.

Waypoints must be on your route while POIs can be everywhere. Ah, that is a good explanation! I have seen this message as well and all it did was that it confused me. So whoever created these waypoints should have labeled them as POIs (if that is possible in a track), or offered them separate to the track as „POI add-on“. Or would it make sense if SA offered to import these „off route waypoints“ as POIs instead? Ideally showing them on the map and allowing to pick interesting ones for import?

@surfboomerang awesome info for the forum members. Thank you for sharing your findings. That had me scratching my head and pounding double espressos with a lot of “ok that was checked, that was checked also… hmmmm… what the heck could be going on!!” (READ: I didn’t help much at all!)

The problem was solved. The suunto chat requested me to clear all data and cache of the app on my phone and reinstall the app. Now all data is synced!

@Mff73 haha I hear you about just looking at the watch, but it’d be nice to see it in the notification panel, especially when on the watch tab in the app! Some other smart watch brands (Amazfit) can also show when was the long time charged to 100%, would be good to quickly see when we last charged our device instead of remembering for 1hr

Looks like this issue was directly on server side. After sync with support within few days it was solved. Will leave it here just for information.
