@Andreas-PÖLZL But apps installed could crash both apps, and cause bad syncs, and also can cause a bricked watch. That was often discussed here.
I am on iOS but Android is the same I thing.
You can use both apps and the watch. But always be sure that only ONE app is running, even in the back. I use MC to sync my watch to Movescount and Strava, then close the app, wait a couple of minutes to be sure no process is running in the background. Then start the SuuntoApp and sync again. And close the app when sync is finished. Works for months now. Sometimes I forget the close MC or SA in the back while opening the app, and then it just doesn’t work, and sometimes it forces the watch to start new.
What about these ?
There are tests that can be done (unpair, battery saving etc. ) have you already tried it ?
It could be an problem related to Android 8

@Cyberbob13 Workaroud: switch OFF GPS in custom battery mode in S9 for treadmill. Works fine for me
Great suggestion but is the breadcrumb field there still?
@MarkG For sure, every user has his own experience. In my personal experience the way I wear my watch is:
I wear my watch 24x7
Normally it’s weared like a normal watch
When I’ll take a workout I press it about 1 inch (2-3 cm) above my wrist bone and tighter than normal
Temperatures here are relatively mild (and I don’t go out for training if it’s colder than 5-7ºC) but cold enough to put a difference
Anyway, I never had your poor experience. I know someone who needed to depilate his wrist to let his watch take good data (with Suunto and with Polar), but as I told you, mine is pretty hairy and have no problems.
Coming back to multisport conversation, it’s like a pretty nightmare: Spartan Series (and S9) are multisport series just because:
have a triathlon mode (but limited to exactly just that)
you’ve got the option to change sport mode whenever you want (but hey! nobody said it must be easy!)
BTW, MC has a good point of view of the triathlon and multisport records, but it’s not still expected on SA.
Yes, I’ve tried to force-close, but it immediately restarted.
I don’t think it’s a sharing issue. It also happens on the bicycle when the car radio is not present and thus not conected.
In that use case, I’d expect the instructions to come out of the phone speakers of course
what is it exactly that doesn’t work?
What watch model do you have?
@sabaurre said in Login does not work at Suunto app:
I also can’t pair my Suunto sport wrist with my Samsung s9+ no matter what I try,
Can somebody help me ?
Thanks in advance.
