Here you have an image with some of the duplicate activities. As you can see, the difference is that ones have description and the others no besides pass them from private to followers on privacy.
BTW, there is not possible to fix the privacy of the moves to public or followers.
Is it possible that auto laps, or manual, are also ignored in treadmill activity?
At least in this workout https://app.suunto.com/move/joseproura/5bfa6ba58bfe5d3acacda65a auto laps of 1km are not present

Those moves are private but it never prevented other moves to sync with Strava for me.
(SA 3.54 for the sync, 3.54.1 now installed).
I had an apple watch 4 yes i agree the watch was really good but the iphone has so many issues that i went back to android,and as we know apple dont like to share much with android.
I have a fossil sport and i tested this with my suunto to see how mnay it was adding and well the fossil sport is the same really it adds steps why sat at my desk and drivig,its not as sensitive as the suunto but still adds a few,the fitbit i had also is the same it will add steps when sat at desk and driving.
You can export your files from Movescount and import them into Training Peaks. Alternatively, if you are on an iPhone, you can use RunGap to transfer from either Movescount or Strava to Training Peaks. There is no direct transfer from Suunto App
