It would be nice to have a Crossfit training program (like they added jumping rope in the new watch) where we can see heart rate data - which zone you are in - the duration of the training

@Danny-poleg Quick check: I do have “Cross Training” as a pre-defined sport mode in my Suunto Vertical. It has exactly the data you want in a screen.
- lap time
- lap max HR
- HR
- total duration
- HR zone ring

That’s indeed what I use for my “Cross Training Mobility” course every week. Glad to see I picked the right activity

This is correct. Suunto watches (starting with the Spartan ultra,I believe) had a sport mode called “CrossFit”; it was later renamed “Cross training” because of trademark issues.
