I’ve had my Vertical for 2 months now (after a very bad experience with a 5 Peak that has to be sent for repair and subsequent substitution). Today, the watch just stopped vibrating. Either on incoming calls, mobile notifications, or standalone watch features such as stopwatch, for instance.
I’ve tried everything: rebooting, toggling no disturbing mode, nothing seems to work here…
Any ideas? Before I have to request a repair and forget that I ever want to repeat a Suunto ever again?

@joao-marques The first thing would be to check if vibration didn’t somehow get turned off by going to Settings-General- Tones- Vibration.
The other option is checking that Power Saving is off which also turns off vibration. That is under Settings-General-Power Saving
If that isn’t the issue I’d do a soft reset by holding the upper button for about 12 seconds till it restarts. I’d bet one of those fixes the issue.

and the watch has more than 10% of battery left?
