SV dead during charging

Hello,

My SV gives me another surprise.

This morning I connect my SV to the charger, after a while, I come back,my watch shows a black screen and cannot be turned on.

None button works, 12s upper button reboot neither .

20mins after, I did another 12s reboot,and now it’s back to work.

No, when the watch went to black, I disconnected it from charger, so the 20mins waiting was off charger.

When it’s back to work, it has 90% battery

Of course I don’t mind, but do you mind if you can share me the report detail? Such as ticket number, description etc so I can follow it

Similar situation with mine. Was convinced it was dead but after pressing and holding power button a few times it eventually came back. Not sure what I did differently sorry.
