Know we have an anaerobic threshold app but would love to see one to guide through and evaluate Aerobic Threshold.
One hour run at sustained pace + examination of decoupling (which we already have )
ASIDE - SO stoked to be back in the family w the vertical. What a killer device.

@lexterm77 yes, I did see that. Suppose you could get it to work but kind of in the same way you can also just set a 30 minute duration target to do anaerobic testing.

My warmup is 45 minutes, before that my aerobic does not output at max. If I try to do, I just muddy the waters and go into anaerobic. So you start running at 0.5-0.6 IF for 30-45min then turn on decoupling app and follow instructions. Or just get premium TP and do whatever you want and separate it with lap and read your decoupling percentage. There are many variables that will influence aerobic threshold even with fitness being a constant. So you repeat test every month and you get some soft of idea.
