@freeheeler I have already received the watch back with my old battery as the service said. I am not sure that the service has the necessary experience and equipment to diagnose other watch components.

if you have the possibility, maybe try to get an answer and support from official Suunto service. -
@freeheeler I think that it will have to be done, but it is not easy. Maybe at first the log will be able to tell something?
