        Hello Pedro,

I think it’s difficult to understand whole picture, could you please share a small video to show us what do you mean by press on the screen constantly?

if it’s something like 2 taps pers second, you’d better contact the suunto support.

@Pedro-Marques You may have raise to wake on or other settings. I do not have the 5Peak with me but what are the backlight settings for the watch?

So, Suunto 5 Peak does not have a touchscreen, right? Yet the backlight is only on when you press on the screen? That sounds like some bad contact/connection… You should definitely contact support and have your watch changed/repaired…

              SV: fingers crossed :D
S9 (non-baro): died after 2 months, replaced, holding strong since 03/20
Spartan Trainer: casing broke after 23 months, repaired, lost watertightness 5 months later, died
Despite some pretty bad luck, I still love Suunto!

For backlight the options are on,
if you use any button the light does not turn on, or if you move your hand wrist to the position to see the light it does not turn on.😕 😕

@Pedro-Marques Try turning Standby off. Standby is low level backlight always on. With Standby ona button press is required for the strong backlight I believe. And I would contact support.
