Same here

@isazi thanks a lot for the help, now it worked. Maybe SA on my iphone got a hickup and needed a gentle clap.
-
@hexa62 how did you fix ?
-
You should all receive a message in app very soon, with a fix for the issue.
And special thanks to all the users that accepted to be guinea pigs for the test today, you helped Suunto find a fix for everyone else.

No shit storm. Speaks for the community
-
@omunoz exactly the same
-
@isazi Many thanks, but could you post the instruction here or as PM? Now Message in the app so far…

At least I didn’t get any notifications in SA, so what are the steps to get latest fw installed?
-
+1, how to update it?
-
@nikita_gx a message coming your way. Support should have already contacted you in the app though.
-
@isazi I got the sign for a new message at the “bell symbol” in the app. After clicking it there was no new massage. The situation is the same as before. Not able to update.
-
Maybe this solution?

Oh nice, we can make it public then
com.sports-tracker.suunto://ota/ota-fw/Nagano-fw_2.19.42.1044-K-99dda952.sof
If you open this on your phone, the same where you have SA installed, the download should start. Then you install it from watch as usual.

@isazi
I have no (more) S9P (for now ). But if I put this url in Chrome, nothing happen except google saying “no document found”. Is it really this way to go? -
@isazi Nice, Thanks You for the issue. It works perfectly for me
-
@mff73 yes it is. On mobile platforms (actually also on desktop, but let’s not go there) apps register the URLs they can handle with the system. So if you open this on a system where you have SA installed, the OS will ask SA to handle this URL.
-
@mff73 it only works in Safari
-
@egika
Ah, OK, so not on Android chrome as Joaquin wrote it. Noted, thanks.
