      Hello,

I have a Suunto 9 Baro and today and I’ve encoutered a problem with my watch during an activity.

When launching an activity, the screen now goes black and return back to normal when I end the activity. The activity is still recorded but I have no display with live statistics.

The only thing I have done different from the last time is to enable the Endurance battery mode. The problem was also happening when using another activity type.

I have not tried any reset yet because I don’t have the link around for a few days and I’d like to know if there is a way around. The watch is quite recent (bought last December) and the second time I had a display (or maybe it was recording ) issue (https://forum.suunto.com/topic/5676/daily-hr-not-displaying)

Thank you for your help !

in sportsmode option (in watch) there is a setting to switch the display off after 10s, and it goes on only after button press. Maybe you have activated this ?

@mff73 thanks for your answer. I don’t remember to enable this option, and I can’t find a way to find this one in the sportmode options. Do you know where is it located exactly so I can check ?

But the screen turn off as soon as I hit the button “start” and not after waiting 10sec.
