Daily HR not displaying

Hi everyone,
I just got the Suunto 9 Baro yesterday and I can’t make the daily FC feaure working.The option is turned on and I have been wearing the watch for more than 24min (several hours). When I scroll down from the main screen to the FC screen, it takes some time to display my instant HR, and if I sweep right to get a view to the daily nothing is showed on the 12 hour FC graph. The minimum FC displays : “-- bpm”.
I can’t find any information about this on the online manual or this forum. I have tried resetting the watch by pushing the up button 12sec but it did not change anything.

Are you sure that 24/7 monitoring is enabled?

I am 100% sure the 24/7 monitoring was enabled.However, because I couldn’t find any information about this issue I did a factory reset (https://www.suunto.com/fr-fr/Assistance/faq-articles/lifecycle/comment-reinitialiser-votre-montre-suunto/) yesterday and it’s now working. So I guess it’s a solved problem…
The problem occured after letting my watch charged a whole night. I had disabled the 24/7 monitoring during the charge because it was useless. The morning, I put it back on my wrist and enabled the monitoring. Even after several hours nothing showed on the screen.
