Suunto 9 service problem

My month old Suunto 9 is more then six months on service . Does anyone have any advice what to do. Does anyone know name or address of ceo because I’d like to let him or her know about costumer care of Suunto company.

@filip-vodopija 6 months is way too long. Most people have their watch back in a couple of days/weeks.
Have you tried contacting Suunto support by phone or email about your case?
You can also try checking the status on their customer portal:

I don’t know how it works in your country, but in mine, after 31 days without any news you can ask you money back.
But 6 months…it must be some error. For sure not the normal procedure. -

Out of curiosity … you never tried to contact support in 6 months ? -
In what customer services is your watch? store? via web?

@sartoric of course I’ll try contact, indeed they send me back watch twice in the same condition as I send them (with a letter in which they said that watch is working (that’s true but watch have three bubbles under glass and no any mechanic damage because I understand if I make mechanic damage that there is no warranty- but they never told me that I broke any warranty rule, they don’t give me watch and said it’s not cover by warranty?!?!?? It’s really strange I leave my watch on authorized service on 15/6/2020.
On official’s web this local service is authorized service - but I m sure that they send watch somewhere.

@filip-vodopija sounds like you are dealing with a third-party official support thing in your country. I would suggest you to contact global support at Suunto and tell them about your experience with this specific outlet.

Try reporting your watch problem on the Suunto repair portal.

“Ticket already in open state with this serial number”
I am already hopeless -
