      Hello,

How I can upload in my spartan ultra interval sessions with differents distances, recovery time etc?
Will Suunto app the way to do it? Or trhought Training peaks? When?
As far as I know for Garmin is very easy to programme intervals.
Here the only way is do it throught of menu of the watch but you only can programme easy intervals , is not possible different distances or recovery times during same training session.
I want a sport watch not an apple watch.

        Hi Alvaro
        welcome to the Suunto forum…
did you try to use the search function with the keywords complex structured intervalls?
Short summary, unfortunately the latest watch that was capable of structured intervalls was Ambit.
