Perte drastique d'autonomie + dérive du D+ après mise à jour 2.50.28 (Vertical Titanium Solar)
-
Bonjour,
Reset complet (factory reset)

Hey,
This is an English speaking forum, please use english to make it easier for everyone to understand (and answer you), don’t hesitate to use a translator if you don’t think you can do it, but don’t put the burden on the whole forum to translate your post.Your battery may be miscalibrated, you should let it run completely empty, put it on the charger, wait until it reaches 100%, and wait 2 hours more to be sure its really completely charged, then you use it again down to 0% and you should be good to go…probably ?
2-3 days is really really low, so you may have a bigger underlying issue, if that didn’t work, your best bet may be to send it back for service. -
@Elipsus no worries at all about the language — I saw a few posts in French on other threads so I didn’t immediately realize this particular forum/section is English-only. Sorry about that, happy to continue in English from here.
Regarding the full discharge/recharge cycle: I actually already tried this exact process a week ago, based on advice I found in another forum thread. Unfortunately it didn’t change anything for me, the drain rate went right back to the same level afterward.
I have been considering sending the watch in for service, but it’s no longer under warranty — which is honestly what frustrates me most about this. The watch is barely two years old, and this issue only appeared after a software update, not from any wear or misuse on my end.
Has anyone had luck getting Suunto to acknowledge this as a software-side issue rather than treating it as a standard out-of-warranty repair?
