MAYOR FLAWS TO IMPROVE. URGENTLY
-
Does anyone else think the following updates are necessary? I really miss them… And in that regard, Garmin clearly beats us (no in design, screen, weight, battery life… at least, in my opinion
).- Save track for later (On multi-day tracks)
- Track departure warning before 100m (when it warns you, it’s too late and sometimes you can’t get back on track due to the terrain)
- Multimedia controls disconnect on their own.
- Music volume control.
- Save music to the watch
- Storm alert can be adjusted if it warns of changes of 4 paH or less (it snowed and rained on me and the watch didn’t alert me to anything (and yes, I have it activated
))
Ideas? Answers? Thanks people

Music volume control.
This is there already. Just go down in the Media Player tab to volume, click and adjust it.

@Néstor these are feature requests, none of them I see as a flaw. I think all of the points have been already requested multiple times.

@The_77 yes, I Know. I meant in the main media control screen. Thanks for your answer.

@OutdoorMan When we talk about €600 watches that don’t warn you about rain and snow when they have a feature called storm alerts, that’s a failure. When you stray from a route and it doesn’t warn you until you’re almost 100 metres away, the least they can do is allow you to set the distance at which you want to be warned… because maybe, after 100 metres, you can’t get back to that route in the mountains and you get lost, which could be fatal. These are obvious things that other older watches have (Garmin fénix 3x, for example). If you also tell me that these features have been requested several times and still haven’t been implemented… I’m even more concerned. Thank you for your opinion.

@Néstor are you saying that every rain and/or snow is a storm? Or watch should be your meteorologist and alert on every chamge of weather?
None of these are flaws in my view. Some if it it is nice to have features, but def not flaws does not matter how much you paid for it.
You can pay 1000$ for Garmin and it still gives you horoscopes and imaginary numbers to measure everything.

Yes these are improvements which would be great to have. Especially the 100m which always manages to annoy me on the trails! And yes the storm alarm is utterly useless, the storms appear but the alert doesn’t… it needs to be modified or improved!

Well, the biggest flaws are not fixing bugs for years and removing features that worked well.

@Néstor it’s also there as far as I can see.
