No sound after firmware upgrade

Last week I bought a Vertical 2 at AS Adventure in Belgium.
As I came home and connected the watch to the app it asked to update the firmware, what I did.
Had no sound from the beginning. Vibration works.
Checked all settings like DND not on, sound on ON etc…
All settings seemed OK.
Went back to the dealer and he exchanged the watch for another.
Came home, started the watch and hurray i heard a noise.
Reconnected to the app and started the latest FW upgrade.
Well, no sound again after the FW upgrade.
WTF is this? 2nd brandnew watch with no sound. Is it just bad luck? -
@Gizmo666 well first of all, did you try to soft reset the watch? This usually fixes a lot of things. Press and hold the upper button for 12 seconds.

@OutdoorMan Yes I did. In fact I even did a factory reset. Still no tones, only vibration.

@Gizmo666 this is strange.
- check if DND is off (switch in the control panel)
- See, if “Settings - General - Tones - Tones -> All on” does then make the watch beep with every button press.

@Egika yes and this is the 2nd brandnew watch in 1 week. So is it hardware or software problem? Thats the big question.

@Gizmo666 Have you tried the alarm? Does it work?
If the alarm works it means that is something related with the settings if not maybe the beeper is faulty.
