I’ve got a feature idea that could be super useful for runners.
Just like how watches notify us when we hit our daily steps or calorie goals, why not have a notification for how much our heart rate has dropped after a run?For example, after we finish a workout, the watch could display something like:
“Heart rate dropped by XX bpm in the first 1–2 minutes.”
It’s a simple way to see recovery quality, track improvements, and get a quick sense of how our body is handling the training. It doesn’t have to be complicated—just a short summary or pop-up after each run.
I think many runners would appreciate having that immediate recovery feedback. -
