Software Update 2.44.46 (2025 Q3)
-
@atoponce my guess is that this is not firmware related but rather on the Suunto App / Backend side.
-
“ZoneSense intensity target setting in sport mode” how does this work?
-
@atoponce cool, I heard it was fixed but could not test it
-
@Theo-Lakerveld choose exercice/options of exercices/intensity target/choose zone sense/choose your target zone

Improvements and bug fixes:
- Zoom range indicator on map
What does this mean?
Not sure, but there is now audible alert when you try to zoom in/out past zoom limit.

Video with all update Infos from the official canal from Joaquin Perez Suunto Expert in YouTube https://youtu.be/eyrVvcSousI?si=Li5Ub9ImSEnu8fEB
Link TextIt’s a little strange that such a great description of introduced changes (kudos to Joaquin!) is again only released in Spanish. I know it can be automatically translated in youtube, but it doesn’t apply to text on screen and is overall cumbersome. Is there no Suunto Expert who could do a similar clip in English? It’s so much easier to understand the new features from a video than raw release notes.

I praise Joaquin for his videos that I watch every time, but was about to write exactly the same as you did

In the sport mode customization. Select Multisport instead of Sport Mode.
Only Android so far akaik:I’m using iOS and have the option :
-
@Tieutieu wow, is it there already?
Cool - thank you for pointing out! -
@Egika I’m with last beta (3.1.0) but I’m pretty sure that it’s the same version than public right now.
Of course only visible with my SRs that got updated yesterday. When my SV is connected option is hidden -
Still no update for my SV…normal?
-
@Frederick-Rochette yes, it has been delayed for Vertical and S9PP
-
@isazi OK, thanks.
When do you think this will happen? -
@Frederick-Rochette I have no further information. Maybe this week already, maybe next.

Race here. Factory reset, no custom sports…
Hope that will be possible to be saved in the app in the future, it’s annoying to make the custom sports again and againIt seems that just the Race is affected with factory reset, not Race S. At least what I read in this thread (I have blocked some spammers and rude users).
-
@Gunnar I for example had no issues, using a Race Titanium, only HR and resource data got wiped, everything else was ok. Would be interesting to know why some watches are affected and some not.
-
@Egika sorry to say I don’t have that option on my Android phone
-
@isazi @Frederick-Rochette
I think the earliest is next week. (Just a guess.)
The watch’s reset issues, which were encountered in previous FW updates, are being reported for Suunto Races.
If a more stable version is released, we can wait, no problem.
I was already predicting the end of the month -
@timecode Standard Race here, only thing I had to do after the update was re-pair the HR sensor everything else remained as before
-
I wonder now that I re-paired my Race with my next gen Stryd, where is that auto-calibration toggle? I used to turn it off. Can’t find the setting - maybe it’s now off by default?
