Where do I get the latest Android version
-
-
Thanks a lot man… The problem is that this FAQ is not googlable…
-
@jthomi one more stupid question, I installed 3.43 and is fine however it says that it has ‘Sport mode customization in watch view menu’ where is that mysterious ‘watch view menu’?
-
The view’s menu that you can access clicking on the watch icon
-
Jokes apart, the menu is there but you have to connect to the watch first.
Be aware that if you use the SM function you won’t be able to sync via cable to MC anymore -
@sartoric I thought so but there is nothing about customizaitons…
-
Try to force close the app and clean cache
-
@sartoric still the same. I have android o (samsung a3 2018) and suunto spartan trainer HR(2.0.40). What am I missing?
-
Even tried deleting all data and re-syncing/re-pairing…
-
Just to double check …
FW version and SA version ?
When you say re-pairing do you mean “forget” from watch and SA and pair it again ? -
FW: 2.0.40
SA: 3.43.0 (30327)I did
- ‘Forget’ on watch
- ‘Unpair’ in bluetooth settings
- Uninstall app
- Install app
- Sync
-

Maybe this is the problem
I suppose trainer should have 2.0.42 too -
@sartoric where do I get the latest firmware?
-
@Andriy-Zarteskyy
You should get notification when you connect via Suuntolink -
Thanks. Will try that once i am at home
-
@sartoric this did not help. FW updated now it is 2.0.42 I unpaired the watch uninstalled the app installed the app and paired. No luck here (
-
Well … maybe it’s not yet available for trainer, even if it sounds very strange to me.
I don’t think you need to unlock it.
-
@sartoric is there anybody here I can ask to confirm this?
