@sartoric still the same. I have android o (samsung a3 2018) and suunto spartan trainer HR(2.0.40). What am I missing?

Even tried deleting all data and re-syncing/re-pairing…

FW version and SA version ?
When you say re-pairing do you mean “forget” from watch and SA and pair it again ?

SA: 3.43.0 (30327)

I did

• ‘Forget’ on watch
• ‘Unpair’ in bluetooth settings
• Uninstall app
• Install app
• Sync

I suppose trainer should have 2.0.42 too

@sartoric this did not help. FW updated now it is 2.0.42 I unpaired the watch uninstalled the app installed the app and paired. No luck here (

Well … maybe it’s not yet available for trainer, even if it sounds very strange to me.

I don’t think you need to unlock it.
