Hello,
I use the french language.
At the end of a exercise, the option to save the exercise is called “terminer” which means “end”).
It could be good to change the name to “enregistrer” (“save”), and add a green icon.
This could be less subtil, and easier to spot at the end of the exercise.
Thank you
Regard

@treizeXiii It is the same in English, you soon get used to pressing End.

Attention to detail matters for usability. It is a small thing, and yes, it is possible to get used to it, but it’s still better to have more user friendly descriptions than less.
Another one that I get regularly confused is “Alarms” and “Alarm clock”. I wish alarms were renamed to Alerts, which is more accurate and would lead to better user experience.

Yes, regardless of the language, it would be really cool (and useful) to use a color code for end/save - continue - pause - discard our activities.
