Define 2 cardiac thresholds which make the watch vibrating
-
@mister-pyc This is how the zones already work. If you set the intensity zones to HR and then select the appropriate zone, you will get a down chime sounding alarm when above the HR zone and an up sounding chime when below the HR zone. When returning to the zone a single chime will sound to let you know you are back in the correct zone. These are accompanied by indications on the screen.
AFAIK, this is what you are asking for, it is already implemented and as currently implemented will do the same for pace and power zones.

@brad_olwin whaouuu I didn’t noticed that may be because my heart never moved above the HR zone.
So this watch is more and more and more a marvel …
Just for the curiosity, you said that you can set the intensity zones, I was searching for this to see if I could put them a little bit different that what they are but found not any place where I could do this neither in the watch nor in the app. so I was thinking it was a computation based on the age and weight I indicated in my profile.
Thanks for the such fast reply. -
@mister-pyc settings, training, intensity zones, that’s where you go
-
@herlas Thanks I will look at this ASAP.

@mister-pyc The zones are set in the watch and are customizable. You can set these under settings/ Training/ intensity zones/ advanced zones.

@mister-pyc you Even have a very supportive sportsmode watchface for that :
When you above or below the targeted Zone the couloir turns gray and the figure with the + or - shows you how far you‘re above or below the targeted zone, or if your in the zone (like in the picture) how much beats you’re „away“ from the next HR Zone below or above your target zone. It’s my favourite for Training in HR Zones, which I do a lot

One of the best screens Suunto have. Is so clever that screen. You can set power, pace or heart rate in that screen. The external ring gives you info too. The signal in the ring shows you where you are respect that zone… in case you don’t see the tiny numbers.

Check out the manual. Is on line in the Suunto web. Is very well documented and you will find out a lot of things of the watch.
