Can't download maps to the watch

Hi all,
I got the replacement watch yesterday since the previous one was rebooting. I updated it to the latest firmware yesterday, but a new problem occurs since I cannot download the maps on the watch. I tried with my home wi-fi network as with the one at work. I’ve got the network connected on the app and the watch is connected, but when I try to download the map on m watch I get the “MAP DOWNLOAD PAUSED Failed to connect wireless network”. I tried resetting the watch, even did a factory reset, resetting my phone, but keep getting the same message. It’s frustrating. Are there any possible solutions?
