Ok, looks like the HRV widget on the watch, although looks different than on Race or Race S.
HRV is given greather than usual but is really in range
But what is the actual issue, be more specific.
-
35-42ms - is the ârecent normal rangeâ
43ms - is the 7-day average
40ms - is the last nightâs HRVârecent normal rangeâ is minimum 14 days but is later calculated from a span of 60 days.

If my understanding is right, its the average HRV which is greater, and not the last measureâŚiâm expecting the opposite because, on next screen with weekly summary, previous night was green

@juancarlos, sorry, I donât understand what you mean. Can you post a picture of the ânext screenâ.

Sorry, I mean this screen which indicates previous nights are green despite of warning message âtake care your HRV is greather than usualâ.

-
@juancarlos To me it looks OK.
Last nightâs (Mondayâs) HRV was 40 which is within your 35-42 âRecent normal rangeâ and therefore green.
I would presume Tuesdayâs and Fridayâs HRV values were rather high (over 43) thus your 7d average of 43.
-
@Freezer these mentionned last 2 nights were good and inside range 35-42 but each time, the summary was âtake ccare your HRV is upper than usualâ which is the opposite of green rods
Another example :
This night my HRV was under the range because of a bad night and my watch said âwell your HRV is normalâ while the histogram has indicates a red barIn my mind this behavior is weird, right ?
-
@juancarlos, hi. Since HRV is more about trends than individual (granular) measurements, maybe the watchâs suggestion of HRV over/under is based on weekly (7d) trend and not on last nightâs measurement.
-
@juancarlos it clearly show that the state is 7days average so that means that if a night is bad its still ok if the avg is fine
