Manual laps not showing in the app?

Hi, i bought a used suunto run watch about a month a half ago. Now i noticed just a couple days ago that when i was trying to see my lap times for an exercise that for some reason i cant see the manual laps in the suunto app when i have synced the watch to the app. I have made my own custom run mode so i could customize the screens and i have auto laps turned off. So in the suunto app it only shows the 1km, 5km and 10km auto laps. Is this purposefully done by suunto or is this just a bug? Before the suunto run watch i had suunto 9 peak pro and it was showing manual laps perfectly. What exactly is the idea of this if this is done on purpose? I can still see the manual laps in the watch exercise logs but for some reason not in the app!?

Are you using the latest app / firmware version? I bought my Suunto Run last month (Black Friday), and I can see the manual laps next to the predefined 1 / 5 / 10 km splits (Android app).

Hi, i use an iphone with ios 26.1 which is the latest software version available. Also my watch is using software version 3.22.24 and the app version is 3.6.1, both are the latest versions.I just asked about this in the suunto app support chat and they said this might be because im on ios. But i dont understand why they would limit showing the manual laps on ios but on android they work perfectly fine.

@bulldogg that looks like a bug to me. I hope they solve it soon.

Yep, I really hope so. Because the watch can only store a certain number of activities, at some point i will end up losing my lap times completely when it starts deleting the oldest ones unless i write them down somewhere else. I even bought a used Race S watch just so I could see my lap times in the app. But we will see if they fix it, or even address it. -

Maybe it is just iOS app issue and not watch nor your cloud data.
If you don’t have access to any android app to check, maybe you can access Sportstracker on the Web, login with your Suunto account and check if your activity recorded laps are uploaded to cloud (sports-tracker.com and Suunto are sharing same database)
