On the Vertical how to find out? But i did not do updates because it changed the WF Outdoor in a way i did not likeAnd it is just not working the Vertical Tour and Sport data don’t go to the Mobile.
If a Message or Call arrive to the Mobile i got information on may Vertical! -

I don’t know if it can have an impact, but there is a certain chance.

why it should have a impact? it worked till the 28.11.2025 perfect like this.And i can’t update because it is not connecting.

@Armin-M reboot the Phone did help thanks for the Tipp! Now i will have to explain it to the company why the phone have done a reboot (security)

i have got a older version 2.37.48 - the next update did change the wf - which i deeply disliked - so still not update. but maybe i should give a try -
@vinc14 let me wait a while I guess.
The problem is apparently always gone after a reboot, but I can’t be sure how long it actually takes until it reappears. At least in those approx. 20 hours since I did the downgrade, it dropped the connection overnight and reestablished it properly this morning, so fingers crossed…
BTW: Where does one report these kind of bugs? https://www.suunto.com/de-de/Support/customer-support/ just points to a AI chat with is worthless.

it’s funny because it is just the way from the watch to the Phone not working. Information from the Phone to the watch worked well.
