Hello, same for me with a Race 1 which I have since Nov 2023. Since the last FW update I have a daily discharge around 15 to 20% and before the update I was around 10 to 12%. With exactly thé same configuration and same usage. I have made a lot of trials and battery discharge manual records ; I have made a lot of trials to recover an acceptable discharge (start, stop, soft reset, no OHR, no Phone notifications,…) but no improvment seen. I have not tried to reinstall the previous firmware because I am a little bit tired with New FW coming with bugs with every time need to go back with previous firmware. I have made it too much time with the SR since I have it. It was not the case with my old A3 peak ; each new FW were coming with new features or improvments but no regression.

@Chris_Dx seems that a restart of the watch solves the problem for a while, until I connect the HR strap again. Then the battery drain starts again and also the weird ghost vibration, which is described in another thread. That’s at least what I have noticed.

@Chris_Dx Try turning off Discovery in System Connectivity menu. That might have made the difference in my case because the high discharge stopped and didn’t reoccur in the last two days.

It possible that Discovery mode makes other Bluetooth devices respond even outside of activity.

It looks like the last update has turned Discovery on.
The last update has had so many issues!

@sky-runner tried that and it unfortunately doesn’t help at all. This and also the ghost vibration is driving me nuts. Yesterday just watch tv in the evening and the watch was vibrating every minute at least 10 times. The it stopped. Weird.

@OutdoorMan watch restart has been done multiple time without improvment.

@sky-runner discovery in connectivity menu was off before the FW update and always off after this update. Not the solution for me.

I have lost 11% of battery during the night. Yesterday’s hike also consumed quite a bit. I just don’t know what To do.

@Tomas5 I did that and they told me to restart the watch. This is obviously not helping.

@OutdoorMan do it again and ask for warranty repair. You will be few weeks without watch but hopefully they will fix or replace it.
