Can't control music with my Suunto Race S

Hello everyone!
I’m unable to control music playing on my phone (on Spotify), buttons are all greyed up and the only thing I can do I see the song title .
Can someone help?

@Cinzia-Araosta mine does this a lot. Restarting the phone normally resolved it for a few days. Then it happens again.

I’m on Android with the Vertical.
