Suunto Vertical: Bug Collection

@renton82 I believe that swim distance is the non GPS one (pool length multiplied by the times you stop). Openwater swim uses the normal GPS distance.
-
@runomatic I’ve only had one crash so far
-
@Kurt68 Did you contact the support about this?
-
@runomatic Yes, I also sent the log file. But have no feedback.
-
@Kurt68 did you send logs and communicated this to support, or just sent logs?
-
@isazi How can i send this logfiles? Can i take a look at these files by myself?
-
@runomatic there is a button in Suunto App (in Android go to the watch icon, then the three dots on top and send logs to Suunto). They are sent directly to Suunto’s cloud, I do not think there is a way for you to access them.
-
@isazi Hmm, i can’t find any button at the iOS Version.
-
@runomatic in iOS it is at the bottom of user profile tab
-
@Egika Thanks. Never have looked there…
-
@runomatic be aware, just sending logs to Suunto does not help much (or at all), because no one looks at them. You send logs when support asks you to do it, or in some cases some people here help forwarding your logs to Suunto when filling a bug report.

Ok, how can i display total distance in meter than?
-
@isazi I already thought so. This was just a question “just in case of…”
-
@isazi yes I was in the support chat
-
@Kurt68 Did they help you?
I used the chat too and got the advice to restart the watch and wait if it happens once again.

Today I tested OHR from SVT and, as you can see, it worked very well.
You can see, it worked very well, better than on my old 9P.
The only problem is that my VO2max is 10% lower than usual, while my performance was equivalent or even better… HR vs pace.
I’ve also noticed that there are gaps in the resources (at shower time, but I only took the watch off for 10 minutes at most) and that these have suddenly started to rise (around the time I took min bike to go for a run). This makes the data irrelevant with fluctuations like that. It seems to me that this has already been pointed out and that it will be resolved in the next update?

Hello, can someone tell me what I need to do to get my fitness level displayed on the watch. I have recorded the following training sessions so far: 2x hiking (over 7 hours); 2x walk (1 hour); 2x cross trainer (1.5 hours). Nothing is displayed in the Watch as you can see. Thanks!
-
@Racoon6 you need to complete a run with some minimum effort, to get enough data for the watch to sample in all HR zones. I suggest going for a 30min run at higher intensity.
-
@runomatic same statement for me. Let’s see until it was the only crash I had.
-
@Egika then the manual is wrong? Walking should do the trick…
