Turn by turn doesnt work

Hello, I renew this post, I use Komoot to create the routes, it automatically imports them into the Suunto app and then I find them on my watch.
The turn by turn option is activated in the characteristics of the route but I have no indication of a turn during the activity, I have tried everything, but nothing.
Do you have any idea what I could be doing wrong?

I never used komoot for planning, how does an imported route with TBT look like, can you share a screenshot? …if it doesn’t violate your privacy of course

how’s the behavior when you create a route in SA?
does it work then?

It doesn’t work, as far as I know the only way is to create the path on Komoot and then import it, but that doesn’t work for me either!

turn by turn works very well with my watch with routes created with SA and TBT toggles on.
the root cause must be somewhere else.
I normally get the notification around 100m before the turn. is that what you expect to see but you didn’t during your activity?

Exactly, I tried everything I found written around the web, but no turning directions…

I’m using IOS…probably on android it behaves differently…

I understood from the webside that S9 and S7 should work with TBT

It’s been some time that I used my S7 using TBT, but can confirm it was working well back then.
So maybe some bug has been creeping in.
@isazi can you report? Chances are good that it is a backend issue and can be solved rather easily…

Well I reported this to Suunto with logs and everything, if I get an answer I’ll share it here. Hopefully it is an APP or backend issue and can be fixed.
