@Brad_Olwin said in What do you recommend for a personalized training plan: @wakarimasen absolutely z2 training is a must. But withholding high intensity until you no longer have ADS is a mistake. I think we are in danger of agreeing violently

@olson917 Oh, your H10 has 2 bluetooth channels, so one for Zwift and one for the Race S. There’s no need (or ability?) to connect the HR strap to the trainer.

@richbedforduk Now that I see that you are using Windows 10 I can tell you that I had something similar some time ago with Suuntolink, When I connected the watch to the computer , it wasn’t detected by Suuntolink, and no moves where sent to Movescount. Eventually the problem was because an update of Windows 10 and later Suunto issued an update to fix the issue. Maybe here, some Windows update has broken something in Moveslink2 connection.

@larrybbaker For it to work, there has to be the proper alignment of the stars or the Moon. When I tried to get this going, I almost gave up. As you did, i tried, what seemed like, everything. And after the n+1 iteration, it suddenly started to work. Obviously, there is some proper sequence of events that has to happen, but there is a bit of magic in it, as well .

I had the same issue this morning when the S9 watch went to 20 % battery level I didn’t notice the “color” changed and the watch set GPS accuracy automatically to “endurance mode” and the problem has not been solved. bike ride in endurance mode [image: 1580116624196-img_20200127_100310.jpg] what I do not understand is that GPS accuracy is quite good compared to my previous ride. I also always use autopause mode set to on. bike ride in performance mode So does Strava receives a good file ? is it an integration problem ? Or a strava mis interpretation ?

@mi_chael @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Was just about to redeem my TP voucher. Was able to use the code to purchase the first plan. When trying to apply the code for a second plan, it tells me “This coupon code is only eligible to be used once.” How do I get the maximum value of the advertised $290? Each individual plan is between $19 and $79… Thanks!

@fazel , sounds like you are exporting the original file from those services, i.e. the very same that was uploaded by Suunto App. And I don’t think TP allows you to export anything else, probably same for Runalyze. I dont

@pavel-samokha That screenshot was the right hint. Thanks. I had to disconnect and re-authorise Strava to Suunto connection. All routes instantly synchronised

Hello, As for the fotpod autocalibration I wanted to ask how long it should take to effectively occur. I own a very old STRYD v1 (the very first version of the stryd pod which was in form of HR strap like the Polar H10) This can measure and send, in the same time HR, Speed, Cadence and Power. Today I tested it and tryed to use connected as footpood with autocalibration off. Run for 7 minutes but according the watch I was going lighting fast : 130km per hour https://maps.suunto.com/move/ficheral/622488c629c5c10fff6c48a5 Than I tried with auto-calibration “on” thinking that if I could not take good measure straight from Stryd I would have used auto-calibration to fix it. Re-paire the stryd with auto-calbration and started run again but nothing happened: https://maps.suunto.com/move/ficheral/622488c629c5c10fff6c48a5 At that point a paired once again and connected it as HR strap, in this setting I got correctly HR and POWER from STRYD and speed cadence from WATCH. https://maps.suunto.com/move/ficheral/622488f08af1e804c419c571 Unfortunately, I wanted to use the STRYD as a footpod on the treadmill but this setting will not help anyway. Does anybody owns the same device and found a workaround to get accurate speed and distance from STRYDv1?

I have my LTHR tested twice a year. I find the algorithms from TP and Strava put the LTHR often too high. I don’t entirely trust these. The VO2max estimates from Suunto are low for me, so none of them are very accurate. I am not sure this matters much but would if you are training seriously for an event. Just my 2 cents worth.

found two 2020 old posts about questions on if there are plans from Suunto to make sleep data available for third parties. Does anyone have idea ? I’ve asked health sync android dev about the sleep feed from Suunto and said he reached Suunto but hasn’t received a direction or decision etc. Hopefully it can be made possible to push sleep data to other platforms

@suzzlo I use this app, the problem is that as soon as I upload the workout to the Suunto APP, it appears as an additional workout in TP I would appreciate if you could also comment on the following link https://peaksware.uservoice.com/forums/964442-trainingpeaks-virtual-customer-feedback/suggestions/49667132-external-suunto-integration

@canozkara said in Uploading zwift activity to SuuntoApp: @pilleus thank you for your input on a solution but Movescount ist not working with me since i have Suunto 9 Baro. I can not sync it with Movescount. Again: sync Zwift to Strava (under connections in zwift Web) Create a Movescount account (Web), open Suunto app on your phone and connect Movescount with Suunto. Sync Strava to Movescount with SyncMyTracks It’s independent of the watch. I sync my activities from Polar Grit X with this method into Suunto app. Don’t sync from Strava to Suunto or Sportstracker at the moment. The API is not working properly.
