@azeanic aren’t you suppose to uninstall movescount if you use SA? For me the problem seems gone since last beta update.

and one more thing… In the Sport Tracker web interface are all altitudes right, so this bug is in the apps (Suunto App + Sporttracker App) only.

I was having this issue after upgrading to iOS 13 too until I fixed it today. I have a Suunto Fitness 3 (software 2.8.24). I changed the settings on my iPhone to let messages display previews when the phone is unlocked. Before, I had this setting as ‘Never’. My iOS is 13.1.3. Here’s what I did: Go to Settings > Notifications > Messages Under ‘Options’ go to Show Previews. Change to ‘When Unlocked’. Hope this helps.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos said in S9B missing aGPS info after repeated syncs: I just synced with Android after rebooting the watch and its ok Trouble is: I’m on iPhone/iOS. And I have rebooted the phone, the watch, and bounced wireless/app multiple times during the past few days. Still, the “Synced 3 days ago” persists. I totally agree with @Mff73 that if there’s a continuous attempt to sync, that might contribute to the battery drain too.

@isazi said in GPS track on sports tracker but not on SA: Anyone else on iOS can try? @Stefan-Kersting if I open your activity all I see is a start/finish point and another point which I believe is your first manual lap point. No track is displayed.

@lexterm77 cannot help with this, you need someone working at Suunto for that. But we reported the issue so it may be fixed. I’ll share if I learn more.

New beta just kicked off ver 2.36. In the version description it says menstrual cycle tracking. It seems all kinds of goodies are on the way.

@tuxella ok, I get the point but I also think this is a sensitive issue that should be acknowledged and solved by Suunto! Do you have any idea how?

Hello, This forum is a total mess :), too many informations in too many posts for same topics. @Mff73 said in How to erase Clock routes?: If we are talking about routes (in watch navigation menu ), in Android you can “delete” them like this 1- Go to Android settings --> Applications --> SuuntoApp --> Delete storage 2- It will delete locally all your SuuntoApp datas, but, normally all is synced in cloud 3- Reconnect to you account, repair watch and sync 4- Normally your MC routes are now synced in SA and you can toggle them off and then delete them. I has worked twice for me. I can’t test it on iOS, but, the logic might be the same : delete storage or even app on iphone, reinstall it, reconnect, and let SA get all routes that are in the watch, and then delete them FROM SA without forgetting to unticked them before. [Edit] Without hardresetting the watch

spoke to the RT guys. rubiTrack downloads what it gets from the API. If something is missing, the reason is that it doesn’t exist (on Suunto’s API page).

There may be a problem with the cache of the watch, it’s worth trying a soft reste (upper button during 12s). Most of the GPS reviews are quite positive for the S9, so no reason it wouldn’t work for you. I personally experienced very accurate tracks so far, happy to share some activities as an example.

It is not a Suunto App problem in general as there are several user who made it working. For me, Suunto App appears in the Share sheet, but ape@map not anymore. So maybe it depends on which app is installed first? I don’t know…
