@isazi yes, i did via chat in SA… the only recommendation was about proper use of HR smart sensor. They do not see the reason transfer it to devteam. My small data science background convinced me there is nothing to do with it but SA itself shall be fixed somehow.

Hi guys, I’m an owner of an Ambit 3 Peak and have troubles syncing my moves to the Suunto App. I have uninstalled the Movescount App and (re)installed the Suunto App several times (followed the procedure by @Brad_Olwin) but the issues remain. Some moves sync immediately, some require days if not weeks. Longer moves have more trouble. The watch starts syncing moves and the procedure fails. I have to initiate the syncing process over and over in order to get the moves to upload. But what’s funny… sometimes (rarely) the moves sync without any issues. Watch: Ambit 3 Peak Phone: iPhone 11 (iOS 13.3.1) Suunto App: 1.15.1 Haven’t found any patterns (battery status, network status, phone lock state, etc.) in the behavior. And another thing - pairing and syncing with a Samsung Note 8 works like a charm. Would be great if we had a sync through cable as a plan B.

@kapaxxx Can I see the charts? TOP bars. I find it a bit difficult to understand the problem here (not that I am implying there ins’t one)

@goncalot3 modify existing sports mode or create new ones? Because I believe you can create new ones, but not modify the default ones.

Could be an AH limitation. Have you tried to check other post regarding AH ? https://forum.suunto.com/search?term=Apple Health&in=titlesposts

@Lozen Services meaning QS, other apps etc. So yes the sync is missing some data afaik

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Every time I hit the “accept terms” it rolls back to the sign up page and produces the error.

Hi all Just wanted to give an update since the repair centre replaced my watch back in Dec as it was considered faulty. I can definitely confirm that the watch was faulty as I’ve given my replacement watch a couple of good runs … one swimming point to point in the ocean, sighting lots and the second in bumpy and rough ocean swim racing conditions. Both swims were mapped out perfectly … can even see where I was being pushed by the swells in the race! In the race also, I turned on the watch and few secs later started swimming (as I was late to my start wave) and it only took a second for the GPS to lock. The service centre in HK was excellent - sent my watch off on Monday and got it back on Friday. So am absolutely loving my Suunto 9 watch. Very happy customer now Cheers
