    The problem was solved. The suunto chat requested me to clear all data and cache of the app on my phone and reinstall the app. Now all data is synced!

    @Mff73 haha I hear you about just looking at the watch, but it’d be nice to see it in the notification panel, especially when on the watch tab in the app! Some other smart watch brands (Amazfit) can also show when was the long time charged to 100%, would be good to quickly see when we last charged our device instead of remembering for 1hr

    Looks like this issue was directly on server side. After sync with support within few days it was solved. Will leave it here just for information.

    @Lionel-B some bugs are reported to Suunto by employees and volunteers in the forum. Also, this section is from a time when the app was just introduced and there were few users I believe the app will soon have a better way to report bugs too (maybe it’s already in the latest iOS beta)

    @Veikka-Laine Keep in mind, that Android 7 is no longer officially supported by Suunto and things may break again for old Android phones running Android 7 and earlier versions

    @enneo thank you that’s what I’ve done so far - it works and I can live with it It’s just a shame that once the wrong sleep duration has been synchronized, the app no longer synchronizes the duration that was updated too late. I hope this will be taken into account in the next update

    @Kai-Liu There is no restrictions on how you connect to the Internet from Suunto App, and it should behave exactly the same on WiFi and Cellular. I suspect your cellular provider blocked the endpoint we use to fetch the routing information?
