    Yeah, I was able to login successfully finally. However, Strava sync is still down. I went on and removed my last workout as per instructions here: https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018647552-Suunto-App-and-Strava (Troubleshooting a Missing Activity) So I’ve removed the activity in app and while it persists in watch memory, it doesn’t resync with suuntoapp. Will it refresh finally or am I missing something? EDIT: Cleared the cache and data, logged-in and performed clean sync. Everything works fine now.

    @silentvoyager I cannot speak for Android but with iOS this is not an issue. I always have my app running and use Suuntolink often. I have never had an issue there. If running MC app and SA app on the phone at the same time there is a problem. Note that Suuntolink will not synchronize moves as the connection to SA has disabled that.

    The problem stopped after manually deleting all the duplicated moves. I deleted the ones re-imported from the watch and kept those from Movescount. In one of the deleted moves, my heart rate graph was not displayed although heart rate was measured. I am not sure whether there is a link between this error and the traffic-causing one.

    @David-Roberts yeah it took me about a week of trying to work it out. and in that week I have three activities that won’t come over to the app. Another forget the app in the watch and trying again worked. Don’t know what was so different yesterday and last Monday when I tried… Sorry… Good luck

    @aleksander-h confirmed, the same happened to me. Started “Hiking” while “Cycling” in reality. The change in the App did not influence the achievements either. This might stay my fastest hike for … ever.

    @dimitrios-kanellopoulos I guess my feeling is I’d find something that looks like this mock-up top left much more appealing (especially if in dark and/or with ability to have transparent background level % selectable ) Nice big numbers, the fitness indicator readable and not breaking a word halfway through, and small but visible “Progress” and icon.     @dimitrios-kanellopoulos so data from graph are best to look at? This is oldest ant+ strap so i don’t know if there is some memory at all but it is possible. It is not much important for me. I was just curious if i found some bug or not

    @Mff73 No, I was recorded with Ambit3 Peak. I had some track issues when we migrated from movescount to SA. But the problems I encounter now are subsequent to that step.     @Tobias-Jern Same problem here when switching sync between S9P and S9B (last beta version). You have to “kill” Suunto App and restart again.

    Hello, I have the same problem, no registering is possible in the app. When I set up Email, Name and Password, I can confirm privacy policy and then error 106. No way to register. Android App on Pixel 7 pro. Support doesn’t react, Supporchat is freezing since 15 mins. Very frustrating on a try to use an European product…

    @enneo thank you that’s what I’ve done so far - it works and I can live with it It’s just a shame that once the wrong sleep duration has been synchronized, the app no longer synchronizes the duration that was updated too late. I hope this will be taken into account in the next update

    @Kai-Liu There is no restrictions on how you connect to the Internet from Suunto App, and it should behave exactly the same on WiFi and Cellular. I suspect your cellular provider blocked the endpoint we use to fetch the routing information?
