I do see the same issue on my suunto spartan too. Max speed during cycling usually exceeds 171 km (i have one trainig with 300km even ). Altitude drops by 150 meters within few second (path i train has maybe 30 meters of elevation in total). What is strange hiking or walking data doesn’t show these peaks so far. I don’t have the pod just the watch itself. Is there any solution planned? It’s a bit frustrating.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos I am not saying I am not able to use it. I am saying that there is a bug that you have to restart app to see the icon come back.

What do you mean for lost sync ? Anyway this forum is for Suunto App discussion, not Movescount App https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.stt.android.suunto

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos said in Repeated moves after reinstalling the app: @cosmecosta hmmm I don’t get that. Let me report it. @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Thank you. Here you have an image with some of the duplicate activities. As you can see, the difference is that ones have description and the others no besides pass them from private to followers on privacy. BTW, there is not possible to fix the privacy of the moves to public or followers. [image: 1535651758395-screenshot_20180830-195350-resized.png]

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos said in Android 3.42.0 : Generic Comment: @WEM_t what do you mean ? Its beta due to testing if the fixes are OK and there are no crashes. Yes! Everything works fine for me like before the update. No improvement in performance found but did also not have issues before… But maybe this is exaclty what Suunto wants to know. (testubg on Samsung S8)

@Tim4c bim! And then if each sub-section had the usual data presentation for it, perfect. Nicely done! @johan6504 we’ll have have to endure the stop/new/top cycle, which is a shame because the summary presentation is good.

@77alex77 I can confirm the app is not consuming battery substantially during day time, because other applications use far more battery. However, over the night, the Suunto app consumption seems to be more relevant. Before installing the Suunto App, my phone would just lose ~5% over the night, but now it loses about 10-12%. I can see Suunto App in the battery consuming list. While still distant from out of control, it is still far from ideal. I would prefer manual synchronization rather than using more battery on phone, so I may tryout the force stop option later on. As a side note, I am a regular user of Android Wear before and even though I sync all day long, the battery consumption on the phone seems still better.

Yes, I’ve tried to force-close, but it immediately restarted. I don’t think it’s a sharing issue. It also happens on the bicycle when the car radio is not present and thus not conected. Edit: In that use case, I’d expect the instructions to come out of the phone speakers of course

Well … I can’t reproduce the “zombie” issue, but I’m almost sure it was due to a mix of enabling/disabling/renaming operation (img attached) It’s possible to have routes with the same name in SA (guess it’s intentional) but this can create some trouble due to the previously identified data problem [image: 1534002038950-duplicates-resized.jpg] *** Boring Test ALERT *** *** Skip the rest of the message if you’re not interested in nerdy debug stuff *** Starting point : Previous post Renamed Route A -> Aren Sync - 9 Routes in watch - Route Aren in watch Disabled Route Aren - OK (Toggle off) Sync - 8 Route in watch - Route Aren removed from the watch Renamed Route B -> Bren Enabled Route Bren Sync - 9 Routes in watch - Route Bren in watch Enabled Route Aren - OK (Toggle on) Sync - 9 Routes in watch - Route Aren in watch, Route Bren disappeared Renamed Route Aren -> Aren2 Sync - 9 Routes in watch - Route Aren2 in watch Disabled Route Bren - OK (Toggle off) Sync - 8 Route in watch - Route Aren removed from the watch Enabled Bren - OK Renamed Bren -> A Sync - 8 Route in watch - Error in App “!
